Technical brushes are used predominantly for deburring, descaling, removal of rust, surface preparation & paint stripping. Our brushes are manufactured with both knotted and crimped filaments together with steel wire, stainless steel wire or abrasive impregnated wire.
Knotted wire offers an improved tool life and a more durable performance. These brushes are ideally suited for the toughest grinding applications. Crimped wire is embedded with a resin bonding system which enhances their performance. These brushes are ideally suited for achieving uniform surfaces and precise edges.
Brushes manufactured include wheel brushes with shank, end brushes with shank, pipe brushes, conical brushes with M14 thread, Cup brushes with M14 thread and flexible hand brushes. All available with varying wire thickness and material type.
The above technical brushes are all stocked in our warehouse located in Germany and can be delivered within 7 – 10 days or sooner in urgent cases. Varying sizes may be available upon request – call us for more information.
