Corona Virus – COVID-19 operational update
With the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we would like to update you with our actions and working practices through these difficult times.
- Kayson Green remains open for business. Orders can be placed and are being despatched as usual.
- Our head office operations are running on a skeleton staff, with all other employees working remotely. Please therefore continue to contact us as you usually would.
- Procedures have been implemented relating to distancing and hygiene as recommended by the relevant authorities and the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and partners in our supply chains remains our primary consideration.
- Our technical sales representatives are working remotely from home, and will not visit customers unless absolutely necessary and at your specific request.
We are in constant communication with our manufacturing partners and suppliers to identify and react to any possible delays to our supply chains as early as possible. We are pleased to advise that precautions and changes to working practices were taken by our key strategic manufacturing partners at an early stage of the outbreak to limit the effect on production, which to-date have shown to be effective.
We fully recognise that many of our customers play key roles in serving critical supply chains of national importance. We and our manufacturing partners have made some difficult decision over the past few weeks, with the goal of ensuring no disruption to your supply.
Although we can give no absolute assurances at this time, we do promise that we will endeavour to maintain our service levels throughout this period.
